1. Data Collection

We DO NOT collect, store, or transmit any of your photos or facial analysis data to external servers.

• All image processing happens entirely on your device using Apple's on-device AI frameworks
• No photos are uploaded to cloud servers
• No facial data is transmitted over the internet
• No personal information is collected or shared

2. Local Processing

All facial and body analysis is performed using:

• Apple Vision Framework - On-device facial landmark detection
• Apple Core ML - On-device machine learning
• Local algorithms - PSL score calculation performed on your device

Photos are processed in memory and not permanently stored unless you choose to save them to your device's photo library.

3. Data Storage

What is stored on your device:

• Analysis history (PSL scores, dates) - stored in app sandbox using UserDefaults
• App preferences and settings
• Subscription status (managed by Apple's StoreKit)
• Progress and achievement data (gamification)

What is NOT stored:

• Original photos (unless you explicitly save them)
• Facial data or measurements (temporary, discarded after analysis)
• Any personally identifiable information

4. Camera and Photo Library Access

We request camera and photo library access solely to:

• Capture photos for on-device facial analysis
• Allow you to select existing photos from your library
• Apply cosmetic filters and transformations (if enabled)

Important: Your photos never leave your device. They are processed locally and never uploaded or shared.

4.1 TrueDepth Camera Data (Biometric Information)

MogME AI uses Apple’s TrueDepth camera and related sensors only when you actively use features that require them (for example, facial analysis and AR posture guidance). All processing happens on your device.

5. HealthKit Data (Optional - Watch App)

If you use the optional Apple Watch companion app:

• We read fitness data (steps, heart rate, workouts) to provide insights
• We may write workout data to HealthKit (with your permission)
• Health data is never transmitted to external servers
• All processing happens locally on your devices
• You can revoke HealthKit access anytime in iOS Settings

6. Third-Party Services

We do not use:

• Third-party analytics services
• Advertising networks or trackers
• Social media integrations that share data
• Cloud storage services for your photos
• Any external servers for processing

We only use:

• Apple StoreKit - For in-app purchase processing (managed entirely by Apple)

7. Subscription Information

If you subscribe to MogME Premium:

• Payment is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit
• We only receive notification of subscription status (active/inactive)
• No payment information is ever accessible to us
• Subscription management is handled through iOS Settings or App Store

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Your control:

• You can delete analysis history anytime through the app's History tab
• Uninstalling the app permanently removes all locally stored data
• There is no cloud backup, so deleted data cannot be recovered

9. Children's Privacy

MogME AI is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to the app, please contact us immediately.

10. Data Security

Since all processing happens on-device:

• Your data is protected by your device's security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID)
• Data is stored in the app's sandboxed environment
• No data transmission means no interception risk
• Your photos and analysis results are as secure as your device

11. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access - View all data stored in the app through Settings/History
• Delete - Remove analysis history at any time
• Control - Manage permissions in iOS Settings → MogME AI
• Revoke - Deny camera/photo access without affecting other features

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect:

• Changes in our data practices
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• New features or functionality

Any changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

13. International Users

MogME AI complies with:

• GDPR (European Union) - No data collection means no GDPR concerns
• CCPA (California) - We do not sell personal information
• Apple's Privacy Guidelines - Full compliance with App Store requirements
